Improving Cooperation between Public Administration and Non- Government Actors exemplified by the EU Accession Process
This Regional Report will present and explain the roles of the actors involved in the accession negotiations both from the side of the government and from the side of the civil society in Montenegro, Serbia, Albania and North Macedonia. By offering various inclusive models and approaches, it will assess the cooperation among state structures and civil society organisation, along with the overview of the advantages and disadvantages concerning entire process. At the end, the recommendations focused on making the accession negotiations a joint ownership of all stakeholders will be given.
